Terms of Service

Elastic Player is media player software. It reads the playlists and server addresses you give it, arranges whatever it finds into a browsable interface, and plays the streams your provider sends back. In that respect it works like any other media player on your device.

The app is available for iOS, Android, and television platforms. Some features are free, some are paid, and the free version is supported by advertising.

This is the most important term in this document, so we will be blunt about it. Elastic Player contains no media of any kind. Specifically:

• The app ships with no preloaded playlists, no channel list, and no catalogue of anything.
• We operate no streaming servers and store no media, on your device or anywhere else.
• We have no relationship with any IPTV provider, and we take no payment from any of them.
• We cannot add, restore, unblock, or repair a stream. Only the provider whose address you entered can do that.
• Anything you reach through the app is delivered by a third party you chose, over a connection between your device and that third party.

Asking us for playlists, server addresses, subscriptions, or credentials will get you a polite no. We do not have them, and we will not find them for you.

You decide which playlists and servers to add, and that choice is yours alone. By adding one, you confirm that you are entitled to access it and that doing so is lawful where you are.

If a provider is offline, slow, incomplete, or operating unlawfully, that is a matter between you and that provider. We have no visibility into it and no ability to intervene.

You must not use Elastic Player to reach content you are not authorised to reach, to infringe copyright, or to break any law that applies to you. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to circumvent a provider's access controls.

The app depends on services we do not control: your IPTV provider, your network operator, the app stores, casting devices, and our advertising partner. Their terms and privacy practices govern their part of the experience, and we are not responsible for how they behave.

The free version shows advertising. A paid option removes it and unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us, and refunds follow the relevant store's policy.

Paying for Elastic Player pays for the software. It does not buy content, a subscription to any provider, or any right to access a stream.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, including features that depend on services outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we cannot promise that every stream format will play on every device.

Elastic Player is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will meet your requirements, that playback will be uninterrupted, or that any particular source will work with it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from content you accessed through the app, from a third-party provider's conduct, or from your use of or inability to use the software. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using Elastic Player at any time by deleting it, which also removes the playlists and settings held on your device. We may withdraw the app or a feature from distribution, and we may decline support for use that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when we last did. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
